Become a Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts

What are the steps to becoming a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts?

First off, you must be 18 years old or older.

You are required to take a 40-hour real estate course.

Once you have completed your course and your hours, you will be able to register to take your real estate exam.
