BUYERS AGENT EARN A MINI IPAD ~ HERE'S THE SCOOP!

Buyer's Agents can now earn  a Mini iPad!

Recently, we ran a promotion with BOLD Moves Real Estate REALTORS, in which the

associates were able to earn an iPad for selling a property by a certain period.  The response was overwhelming and an enormous success.

We are now offering a similar opportunity to any Realtor who is Buyer Agent for our qualified properties.  How does the property qualify?  If Kate (me) is a co-listing agent, it  automatically qualifies. Many office REALTORS are also offering it on their properties too! Make sure to ask!

Here are other specifics:

Technically, it is the Buyer Agency that earns the iPad. This is because of Mass Law in that all compensation and inducements go through your brokerage.  Double check with your Company Policy.

It must close by August 31! It must also be a new agreement!
